THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CS Account Executive to our Client Success team in Sao Paulo!

This role is to join the B2B team and will be responsible for managing a key portfolio of our Strategic clients. As a B2B Account Executive, you will be expected to bring significant business results to Gympass through upselling, cross selling and renegotiations within existing accounts. This person will also work in collaboration with different areas of Gympass to improve and evolve the client's experience.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Responsible for developing a Game Plan for each named client - what products, what opportunities and the WHY Gympass, leading the client relationship for a portfolio of large and complex strategic accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle;
  • Ensure contracts renewals, expansions and negotiate contracts on an annual basis;
  • Engage with client's HR and decision makers building an approach to connect their C level to other Gympass execs and or the execs at other clients to broaden and deepen their connection and engagement with Gympass
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to the client on the topic of well-being, developing opportunities and synergies for continuous value generation.
  • Provide product feedback (client requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Solid experience in a client-facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross-selling and upselling in an existing portfolio;
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently;
  • Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed;
  • Have a spirit of continuous learning, seeking knowledge about the sector, its main players, competing solutions and sector benchmarks
  • Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently;
  • Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment.
