Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits cycle: annual performance management for merit planning, bonus and equity awards, employee benefits (medical/ insurance) administration and salary benchmarking
  • Maintain salary banding and job architecture role leveling frameworks
  • Long Term Incentive Planning, including ESOP administration, grant vesting schedules and documentation
  • Support effective performance management to ensure performance outcomes align with compensation decisions
  • Provide analysis and insights on performance distribution and trends to support talent review planning
  • Partner with Finance for budgeting and forecasting of compensation costs
  • Execute day-to-day HR processes, systems and data across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, exits)
  • Ensure accurate monthly processing of payroll, background checks and employment pass processes when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Relevant experience in Compensation Benefits and HR operations, preferably in Startup, or fast-growing companies
  • Proficient in Excel, Compensation analysis and methodologies
  • High bar for data accuracy confidentiality
  • Possess a flexible and positive mindset to roll up sleeves in a lean team environment
