2. Client-Level Analysis – Sanctions List Monitoring

  • Analyze matches derived from monitoring against national and international sanctions lists.
  • Document the analysis with traceability in accordance with internal parameters, for review and validation of escalation by a supervisor.

3. Support in the Preparation of Regulatory Reports

  • Collaborate in the preparation of applicable regulatory reports.
  • Draft clear and structured narratives for review and validation.
  • Support the verification of consistency between the case analysis and the reported information.
  • Track the regulatory deadlines set by the CNBV.

4. Support in Risk Assessment and Transactional Profiling

  • Study basic patterns in transactions using applicable typologies, with guidance from a senior specialist.
  • Contribute observations to strengthen the risk-based approach methodology.

5. Continuous Improvement and Updates

  • Study and analyze applicable AML/CFT regulation for the Institution, with support from the Manager.
  • Contribute to the documentation of policies and procedures, and propose improvements to processes and automated systems, supporting the AML & Compliance team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date profile on regulatory matters at the local and international level.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields — recent graduate or degree holder.
  • 2 years of experience in regulated financial institutions preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of applicable AML/CFT regulation.
  • Advanced English (required).
