The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player responsible for analyzing business data across different areas of the company to support data-driven decision-making. This role involves tracking and reporting key metrics, analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations and presentations in a cross-functional environment.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with spreadsheets and large datasets, and the ability to transform data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report business performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance and suggest process improvements based on data insights.
• Support budget tracking and analysis, as well as the evaluation of business proposals and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, and/or Microsoft Access to query, manage, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
