Your Purpose


As a Senior Administrative Business Partner, you will be more than an assistant; you will be a strategic partner and a force multiplier for one of our C-level executives. Your role is to ensure the executive's time is optimized and focused on their most critical strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted advisor, a proactive problem-solver, and a flawless executor, anticipating needs and clearing the path for the executive to lead effectively.

Who You Are

  • +5 years of experience as Administrative Business Partner/ Executive Assistant/ Secretary
  • Strong Communication Skills: exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and his family with a variety of personal Act Like an Owner by providing seamless executive support: You will take complete ownership of the executive's operational rhythm. This includes proactively managing complex and dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure the executive's time is aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Innovate and Simplify complex logistics: You will coordinate complex international and domestic travel, manage event logistics, and ensure every detail is handled with precision and foresight, creating a seamless experience for the executive and their stakeholders.
  • Think Big by acting as a strategic partner: You will go beyond the daily tasks to understand the executive's goals and priorities. You will prepare briefing materials for key meetings, track action items to ensure nothing is missed, and anticipate needs before they become urgent requests.
  • Practice Customer Obsession by being a key communication liaison: You will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional professionalism. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence and acting with the utmost discretion.
  • Embrace Freedom with Accountability by making autonomous decisions: You will be empowered to operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking the initiative to improve processes and make decisions independently, knowing you have the full trust of your executive.

  • Extensive experience providing administrative and operational support to C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks without sacrificing quality.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions independently.
  • Unquestionable integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to correspond clearly and professionally with senior leaders, board members, and external partners.
