THE OPPORTUNITY

Owning how Bluprynt builds, ships and runs software

We're hiring a senior DevOps engineer with deep AWS and data infrastructure experience to own how Bluprynt builds, ships and runs software. You'll be one of a small number of engineers, so you'll own the platform end to end and set the standard for how the team works.

Bluprynt is the Compliance OS for digital assets—the enterprise-grade infrastructure layer linking off-chain compliance with on-chain identity, policy, and supervisory visibility. Trusted by leaders across TradFi and DeFi and built in close alignment with central banks and regulators worldwide, Bluprynt helps issuers, banks, and market participants meet regulatory expectations without sacrificing the speed and modularity of on-chain systems.

The company completed the EU's first MiCA pilot, launched Know Your Issuer (KYI) with Paxos and Circle, partnered with Chainlink on automated on-chain compliance enforcement, and closed an oversubscribed $4.25M Seed round in 2026.

This role is for someone who builds with AI agents as a core part of their workflow, not as an experiment. You'll design the pipelines, guardrails and review processes that let a lean team ship fast without losing quality or visibility. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work core EST hours are required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The bar

What you'll do

  • Own our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment pipelines end to end, as code.
  • Lead the move to a unified monorepo and pipeline, with branch protection, required reviews and automated checks on every merge.
  • Keep our blockchain data integrations reliable: RPC providers, failover, rate limits and indexing. No prior web3 experience required; we will get you up to speed.
  • Build agentic development workflows for the whole team: agent-driven CI, automated review, test generation and environment setup.
  • Make onboarding fast. A new engineer should be shipping within days, not still confused a month in.
  • Set up observability, alerting, incident response and cost controls that a small team can actually run.
  • Own security and secrets management, access control and infrastructure hardening.
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to deploy, debug and adapt our platform in real environments (forward-deployed engineering).
  • Review PRs across the codebase and hold the bar on quality, context and documentation.

Non-negotiables

  • Elite agentic development skillsAI coding agents are central to how you build. You can show us workflows, tooling or pipelines you've built around agents, and you know where they fail and how to guard against it.
  • Extreme attention to detailYou read every line you approve. Small PRs, clear descriptions, tested changes and documentation are habits, not chores.
  • Extreme initiative and leadershipYou find problems before they're assigned, fix them, and raise the bar for everyone around you. You speak up when something is wrong, including in code you reviewed.

What you bring

  • 8+ years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineeringMinimum 8 years, with production systems you owned end to end.
  • Strong agentic development experienceA track record of building with AI coding agents in production work, including the guardrails and review processes around them.
  • AWS in productionStrong, hands-on AWS experience in production. AWS is our stack: you know EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC networking, IAM and cost management in depth.
  • Infrastructure as codeTerraform, CDK or similar for everything you run on AWS.
  • Data infrastructure at scaleBuilding and operating high-volume ingestion, streaming, warehouses and ETL orchestration that stay reliable as data grows.
  • Containers and orchestrationDocker, Kubernetes or ECS in production.
  • CI/CD at scaleCI/CD design at scale, ideally in a monorepo.
  • ObservabilityDatadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or similar.
  • Solid coding abilityAt least one of TypeScript, Go, Rust or Python. You write tooling, not just config.
  • Early-stage ownershipExperience as an early engineer at a seed or Series A startup, or a comparable high-ownership role.

How we work

  • Small team, full ownershipEveryone specializes, but everyone can work in any part of the codebase.
  • Real reviewEvery merge needs an approval, and the approver owns it as much as the author.
  • Visibility by defaultWhat ships each day is easy to see and easy to explain.
  • Agents everywhereWe expect you to multiply your output with AI and to help the rest of the team do the same.

Strong-to-Have

  • Experience with blockchain RPC infrastructure: nodes, node providers, failover, archive data and chain reorgs.
  • Familiarity with Ethereum/EVM chains or Solana.
  • Experience with blockchain indexers and data pipelines (The Graph, Substreams, custom indexers).
  • Forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering experience.
  • Security or compliance work (SOC 2, key management, audits).
OUR STACK

What you'll work with

CURRENT

TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Heroku (migrating), multiple on-chain adapters (Solana SAS, EAS, Base, Plume, Sepolia, Aptos, Avalanche, Stellar).

TARGET

AWS (ECS/EKS), PostgreSQL, Redis, infrastructure as code, a unified monorepo and pipeline with required reviews and automated checks on every merge.

You will own the transition from the current stack to the target architecture, end to end and as code.

WHAT WE OFFER

The offer

  • Ground-floor equity in a company building critical infrastructure for a multi-trillion-dollar market transition.
  • Direct impact: the platform you build becomes the system that regulators, issuers, and exchanges depend on.
  • A founder who has already mapped the compliance domain in depth—you are not figuring out the product alone.
  • Autonomy to shape the engineering org, stack, and culture from the earliest stage.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience (discuss in initial screen).
CLOSING THOUGHT

Bluprynt is building the compliance metadata foundation that makes credentials trustworthy. Credentials are the enforcement layer. Compliance metadata is the evidence layer. We link the two.
