The Compliance Team is responsible for helping CloudWalk teams enable disruptive products and services and also provide the best user experience that meets regulatory issues.
We are looking for a hands-on professional, passionate about new technologies and disruptive products to join our Regulatory team.
This professional will work on a day-to-day basis with the development teams for new products and services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as a business partner to assist in structuring new products, verifying compliance and potential misuse for illegal acts.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to extract and analyze large volumes of data; propose new strategies and decisions for improved results and efficiency.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of AML rules in relation to products and customer profiles, as well as KYC, KYE, and KYS.
- Conduct advanced studies aiming to recognize patterns of financial crimes and/or suspicious behavior based on anomalies, and improve procedures and control mechanisms.
- Supervise and update the documentation related to the anti-money laundering program.
- Mentor and provide support to the team members.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Proven experience in handling and analyzing large volumes of data from various sources.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Great experience in AML/CTF, particularly in Monitoring, KYC/CDD, KYE, and KYP.
- Proven experience in fintech or related industries.
- Fluent English;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
