What You'll Do:

  • Support the creation and growth of our CDB funding book from the ground up
  • Interface with Investment Platforms
  • Monitor market conditions to identify the best timing and strategies for CDB issuance
  • Track competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the market
  • Build and maintain reports and controls using Excel and SQL
  • Analyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products
  • Use AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and insights

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • ~1+ year of experience in financial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income products
  • Experience in banks, brokerages, or financial institutions dealing with similar instruments
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Proficiency in Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting
  • Understanding of how CDBs work, including market dynamics and funding strategies
  • High agency: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomy
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
  • Interest in using AI as part of your daily workflow
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis or automation
  • Advanced English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python or other data tools
  • Previous experience in funding, treasury, or liabilities management
  • Exposure to pricing strategies or financial product structuring
