What You'll Do:
- Support the creation and growth of our CDB funding book from the ground up
- Interface with Investment Platforms
- Monitor market conditions to identify the best timing and strategies for CDB issuance
- Track competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the market
- Build and maintain reports and controls using Excel and SQL
- Analyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products
- Use AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and insights
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- ~1+ year of experience in financial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income products
- Experience in banks, brokerages, or financial institutions dealing with similar instruments
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of how CDBs work, including market dynamics and funding strategies
- High agency: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomy
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
- Interest in using AI as part of your daily workflow
- Experience using AI tools for analysis or automation
- Advanced English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python or other data tools
- Previous experience in funding, treasury, or liabilities management
- Exposure to pricing strategies or financial product structuring
