Role overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Partnership Manager to own and grow strategic partnerships across the payments, e-commerce, and technology ecosystems. This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, activating, and scaling partnerships that generate Channel Influenced Revenue (CIR), expand our partner ecosystem, and accelerate monetized tech integrations. You will play a key role in turning partner opportunities into measurable business impact, while strengthening our product offering and building long-term, win-win relationships with strategic partners.

Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Responsible of the day to day relation with our partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor partner performance, assess the impact on ROI, and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams. Translate partner opportunities and needs into clear internal actions.
- Strategic Account & Partner Alignment: Work closely with strategic partners and key accounts to ensure successful integrations, identify product or technical needs, monitor implementation, and manage the joint pipeline of opportunities generated through the partnership.
- Activation of Tech Integrations: Activate and lead the roadmap for monetized tech integrations, driving product improvements through strategic partner collaboration.
- Partnership Negotiation & Management: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, and manage relationships with both new and existing partners to ensure long-term success.
- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to maximize the success and profitability of partnerships, aligning with overall business goals.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in partnership or account management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships.
Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and payments industry, especially within the LATAM region, and an understanding of key players and trends.
Payment ecosystem and architecture knowledge is a plus, with familiarity in how to leverage technology to enhance partnerships.
High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven profile, with the ability to stay close to partners, proactively engage them through frequent touchpoints and in-person meetings, and build trusted, long-term relationships.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and navigate conversations with partners at different seniority levels.
Experience managing projects independently and handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced business proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
