We are looking for an Online Sales Support Representative to work in our sales and support team.

Work with a global team, funded by Google Ventures, on a product that utilizes cutting-edge technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, MS student or 4th grade students preferably on engineering, business administration, marketing, education technology, English language teaching, English literature, American literature
• Excellent command of English- speaking and writing
• Excellent command of computational skills- excel, word, pp, google docs
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, self-starter, self-planner, enthusiastic on self development
• Strong project management skills
• Interested in all sorts of e-learning, mobile technologies, social media technologies, online marketing
• Willingness to work in a dynamic work environment w/ a global team
• Willingness to work in flexible work environment both in working hours and working location

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online sales of EnglishCentral online English learning solutions
• Responsible for online customer management and support on-phone and online
• Responsible for pre-sales, post-sales operations including customer reach out, lead creation, sales support
