Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Educational Technologies, English Language Teaching, English or American Literature)
• Excellent command of English — both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A self-starter, organized, and motivated to grow personally and professionally
• Strong project management skills
• Interest in e-learning, mobile technologies, social media tools, and online marketing
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, global team
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and locations
• Enthusiasm for building a career in sales

Responsibilities:

• Managing online sales of EnglishCentral’s digital English learning solutions
• Providing online and phone-based customer support
• Engaging in pre-sales and post-sales activities: reaching out to leads, generating new ones, and supporting the sales process
