THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Analyst for our Wellbeing Engagement team in New York!

Reporting directly to the Senior Wellbeing Engagement Manager, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Wellhub mission and advocating on behalf of Wellhub to clients, users, and suppliers. This is a position inside the Global Revenue team responsible for executing our strategies and working closely with our clients. The primary focus of this role will involve traveling to assist with launches and onsite events. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for representing the brand, engaging with event attendees, and providing information on all things Wellhub.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Deploy Wellhub’s global WE strategy and best practices in the US market, assuring its correct execution;
  • Travel to various locations in the US to support onsite activations;
  • Set up and manage event booths/tables to showcase Wellhub offerings and benefits;
  • Engage with attendees in a friendly and informative manner;
  • Educate clients and attendees on Wellhub’s, products and services;
  • Collect feedback and insights from interactions to improve future engagements;
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure messaging and branding is consistent for all events;
  • Willingness to travel often to client-specific initiatives (weekly basis if needed);
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment;
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles;
  • Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels, assuring that things will be done on time;
  • Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a startup-like environment;
  • Self-starter and can work with autonomy;
  • Spanish proficiency.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $ 63.974 - $ 79.968. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
