THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Analytics Manager to our Global Sales team in Brazil!

Global Sales team is looking for a Business Analytics Manager to partner with our Enterprise Sales Operations leadership across the Globe (the US, Latam and Europe) supporting them and their teams to make more data driven decisions through excellence in business intelligence. This will be a highly collaborative position with significant opportunity to work closely with leaders. The Business Analytics Manager will report to the Global Reports Senior Manager and has no direct reports. You will be responsible for (i) strategic analyses focused on providing insights to the Enterprise Sales Operations leadership team, (ii) reports and dashboard development in Tableau, Salesforce and Google Sheets to help the Enterprise Sales Ops teams better manage their day to day and (iii) prioritization of cross-functional projects that involve Data Analytics and (iv) build strong relationship with Global Analytics team in order to understand what is being prioritized by the Data organization and provide structured recommendation for data/analytics support.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Reports on Tableau and Salesforce based on prioritized business-driven efforts;
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand requirements and business information for accuracy;
  • Build relationships with the Sales Ops Team and effectively navigate the organization to collaboratively deliver on commitments;
  • Develop and manage a plan and work product independently and see it through end-to-end through completion with on-time delivery;
  • Communicate complex concepts to management, team members and non-technical audiences in a simple and easy to understand way;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in any Data related field, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant experience in a related field;
  • Experience working in Business Intelligence/ Analytics;
  • Strong experience working with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);
  • Experience working with Python is a plus;
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus;
  • Experience dealing with different stakeholders;
  • Strong data presentation and visualization skills
  • Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work;
  • Detail oriented, analytical and accuracy first mindset;
  • Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations with taking action on insights through data-driven solutions (make sense of the data);
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects, with attention to detail and deadlines;
  • Able to communicate in Advanced English.
