This role is to join the partner's team, being responsible for the relationship with small and medium partners. As a Partners Success Special Projects Analyst, you are expected to manage complex negotiations, connect our partners with club management systems to improve our users' experience and support other team members. The position will work closely with peers to refine and improve the business development strategy. This is a great opportunity to join a team of A-players, we are excited to have a candidate who will help us take the game to the next level.


  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their primary point of contact within Wellhub.
  • Partner Onboarding: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration with Wellhub's platform.
  • Journey Optimization: Support monitoring partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement, providing guidance and support in a scalable way to help partners achieve their goals.
  • Negotiation & Agreement Management: Lead complex negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Wellhub's strategic objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective partner experience.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.   • Early-career professional: experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related field. Demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence, effectively managing personal emotions and understanding the emotional needs of others to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and basic data analysis in Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RD Station, or Hubspot is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. English skills are a plus.
  • Relationship builder: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Eager to learn: A proactive approach to learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
  • Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative: A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
