THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Partners Experience team, in Brazil!

This team is responsible for several systems with different flows and scopes. This gives an interesting dynamic to the team and this role.
Partners Portal: This is the main system available for all Wellhub partners in 10 countries with a range of features such as financial reports, check-in reports, check-in validation, and content editions.

Darwin (Internal system used by CX and Ops): This system has almost all the features available in the partners portal, but also some features only available internally. It is a super relevant system this year replacing the legacy one.

Self-signup: Dedicated system to a fitness provider(gym/studio) becomes a Wellhub partner.

Referrals: system that receives partner referrals from Clients and Users. This referral should be integrated with SalesForce to create a lead.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive the product vision and execution to provide a great exploration experience for our Partners.
  • Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Gympass to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance;
  • Build, communicate, and discuss your product vision with internal stakeholders especially the Partnership team and CX;
  • Drive product planning, build and manage high-quality product roadmaps;
  • Work closely with data, product design, and engineering teams to design and deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products;
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress;
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are an experienced Product Manager with expertise in leading the product development of relevant consumer digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members;
  • You have a hands-on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
  • Analytical and quantitative skills are a must, as the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product;
  • You demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, being able to structure problems, prioritize, and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments;
  • Capacity to identify and connect users' needs and business needs, and develop effective ideas to meet them;
  • Ability to nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, build credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision;
  • You have excellent communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions;
  • You also have the great ability to communicate in English in sync and async formats;
  • Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests;
  • Seen as a plus:
    • Experience in signup flows (sales funnel)
    • Internal Systems used CX
