Hashdex is seeking a highly motivated National Accounts Associate to join our U.S. Distribution team. This role will support the development and expansion of relationships with key wealth management platforms, model providers, and enterprise partners across the United States. The National Accounts Associate will work closely with senior members of the Distribution team to execute national account strategies, support platform initiatives, and drive the successful adoption of the firm’s investment solutions. This role is designed for an individual who is highly organized, intellectually curious, and eager to grow into a senior distribution role over time.Key Responsibilities:- National Account Support & Execution: Support the development and execution of national account business plans for assigned focus platforms. Assist with identifying opportunities to expand platform access, product placement, and firm-wide engagement. Track key initiatives, deliverables, and follow-ups across national account relationships.- Relationship Management & Client Engagement: Support relationship management efforts across key partner firms, including meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing engagement. Help coordinate and participate in client meetings, due diligence sessions, and strategic discussions.- Product & Launch Support: Assist with product launches, platform approvals, and firm-wide rollouts, including internal and external training coordination. Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and launch communications in partnership with marketing and sales teams. Build knowledge of Hashdex's crypto investment solutions, including positioning, portfolio construction, and competitive differentiation within the digital asset space.- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Research, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to support national account initiatives. Help coordinate due diligence and legal workflows with partner firms.- Brand & Market Presence: Support conference participation, roadshows, and national campaigns. Assist with non-product specific initiatives that enhance brand visibility and deepen partner relationships.- Team & Development: Operate as a collaborative team member who contributes to broader distribution objectives. Seek feedback and development opportunities to build long-term distribution expertise.- Travel: Travel as required to support national account initiatives.Qualifications:- 3-6+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, or wealth management- Understanding of the wealth management or institutional sales cycle- Experience supporting relationships with financial advisors, platforms, or institutional clients- Exposure to alternatives, ETFs, or complex investment solutions preferred- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Working knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce preferred- Bachelor's degree required- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain)What We OfferSalary range between 125--150kBonus compensationEquity compensation as a part of all offersComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunity to work at the cutting edge of the digital asset investment spaceProfessional development opportunities and a chance to shape the future of digital asset investments
