Your Impact:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract early career talent from universities, colleges, and non-traditional educational institutions.

• Build strong relationships with academic institutions, career centers, and student organizations to create a pipeline of diverse, top-tier candidates.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships and entry-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

• Periodically help recruit for other roles within Talent Acquisition as needed by the business.

• Design and lead the internship program, including onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management.

• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities for interns to enhance their experience and integrate them into the company culture.

• Act as the primary point of contact for interns, providing support and guidance throughout their internship.

• Develop and promote the company’s employer brand at career fairs, campus events, and through social media channels.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the intern program and recruitment strategies, using metrics to identify areas of improvement.

• Partner with marketing team to ensure consistent and effective employer branding

Your Toolkit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on early career talent and/or intern program management.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Passion for talent development and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range USD $60 - $70 per hour
