【業務内容】

アカウント・デベロップメント・リプレゼンタティブ (ADR) として、Illumio の営業パイプラインおよび収益成長に貢献し、リードの精査およびアウトバウンド営業を担当します。

· 担当エリアのアカウント・ベースのプロスペクティング活動を主導し、意思決定者との商談機会を創出することで、パイプラインおよび収益に貢献

· ターゲット企業に対するプロスペクティングキャンペーンを実施し、ビジネス関係者を特定し、セグメンテーションに関連する課題やプロジェクトの有無を把握

· インバウンドリードの精査およびチャネル連携を通じて、指定された地域のビジネス拡大を支援

· 電話、Eメール、ソーシャルセリングなどを活用し、積極的な営業活動を展開

【求める経験・スキル】

· 1～2年の営業開発経験 (ソフトウェア・テクノロジー業界での経験歓迎)

· 新規開拓営業のマインドセットを持ち、あらゆる階層のマネジメント層および技術者と効果的な対話ができる方

· バリューベースのプロスペクティング、アカウントマッピング、リード開発、および営業精査に関する経験

· Salesforce.com、SalesLoft、LinkedIn Sales Navigator、ZoomInfo などのマーケティングおよび営業ツールの使用経験

· 自主的に業務を推進できるセルフスターター

· 柔軟な適応力を持ち、変化の激しい環境でも前向きに取り組める方

· 営業、マーケティング、および他の事業部門と協力して業務を進める能力
