We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager with a dedicated focus on Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role is a high-impact, highly visible position responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated go-to-market programs that enable GSIs and MSPs to build scalable services, generate pipeline, and accelerate customer adoption. In this role, you will collaborate across the organization as you work closely with Global Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Partner Engineering, Services, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, and other teams.

Your Impact:

• Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of joint go-to-market programs with strategic GSIs and MSPs to increase awareness, generate partner-led pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth

• Build and execute scalable services-led marketing campaigns with focus GSIs and MSPs to generate demand and build pipeline, including events, ABM initiatives, and digital programs

• Support the development and launch of partner-delivered services and managed offerings, working closely with partner sales and services leaders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solution positioning, services messaging, industry-specific collateral, and joint marketing assets for focus GSIs and MSPs

• Act as the primary marketing point of contact for select GSI/MSP partners, driving alignment, engagement, and ongoing program execution

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of GSI/MSP marketing programs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Own and manage partner marketing budgets (MDF/BDF), ensuring disciplined investment, efficient execution, and clear, data‑backed demonstration of return on investment

Your Toolkit:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or field marketing, with demonstrated experience supporting Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

• Strong understanding of services-led and consulting-led go-to-market models, including managed services, professional services, and joint solution development

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful joint marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and partner engagement

• Experience working with large, complex partner organizations and navigating multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking marketing performance and optimizing programs based on results

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and partner deliverables with consistency and accuracy

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, or cloud security a plus

• Experience working with Salesforce, Asana, and AI-driven marketing tools a plus
