About the Role

We are seeking a Senior or Staff Program Manager reporting to the Sr. Director of Program Management and Business Operations to partner directly with the SVP of Professional Services and their leadership team. This high-impact role is ideal for an experienced operator with a consulting and startup background who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments. You will analyze data, streamline operational processes, and drive critical functional initiatives to scale our Professional Services organization effectively.

You’ll bring a unique combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to help us optimize how we deliver value to customers and grow our internal capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to the SVP of Professional Services and leadership team to define and execute on strategic priorities.
  • Drive complex projects across the Professional Services organization from scoping through implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze operational and business data to uncover insights and develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability within Professional Services.
  • Identify, design, and implement streamlined processes across the Professional Services organization to support growth.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure progress against operational and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other teams to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Professional Services leadership team and other internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Set up the cadence and operating rhythm for the Professional Services organization

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or consulting, with a strong track record of driving results in startup or high-growth environments. Background in healthcare required, Background in management consulting (e.g., top-tier firm) or operational leadership in a technology or healthcare startup strongly preferred.
  • Naturally intellectually curious — you love to dive deep into problems, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously seek to learn and improve.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; able to interpret and synthesize data into clear insights and actions.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with teams.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes is a plus.
  • Prior experience in operations focused on customer success or customer facing organizations a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in clinical trials strongly preferred.
  • Experience with analytical tools a plus or a willingness to learn
