Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes.

Iterative Health is seeking an Director, Alliance Management. This external-facing role will require strong communication, customer engagement and aptitude, in addition to a strong strategic skill set. You will use analytical, organized, business-minded critical thinking to support new, and expand existing partnerships, while also helping evaluate and prioritize new opportunities, ultimately providing cross-functional recommendations that help guide our partner roadmap. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with a diverse team of sales, customer success, product, technologists, and clinical experts to drive growth and expansion of our strategic alliances and partnerships with prominent organizations and make a huge impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cultivate and continue relationships with leading site networks and health systems, serving as an external facing representative of IH to the scientific and research communities
  • Support evolution of site network and joint venture strategy, including business development, product offering, pricing and contracting, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion, growth and evolution of alliance management
  • Work cross-functionally with professional services, product, life sciences, sales, etc. to ensure and optimize alignment on partner goals

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of client-facing experience in a strategic, commercial role (e.g., management consulting, business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, partnerships, etc.)
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity by developing logical frameworks, conducting secondary research, independently driving workstreams, and clearly communicating data-driven results to convince others
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills (both internal and externally facing)
  • Aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth
  • Able to commute into the office in Boston or New York City 1-2 times per week
