The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a full-time HR Coordinator to join Ledn's People team at a pivotal stage of our journey. This role sits at the centre of our day-to-day HR operations and plays a key part in supporting a fast-moving, scaling global fintech.

You will report to the Director, HR Operations and work closely with the Chief People Officer in order to support the broader Ledn team. This is a hands-on role with real exposure, real ownership, and real impact.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience who is driven, thrives at a high pace environment, is curious about technology while developing toward a broader HR Generalist role as the company scales.

About The Role:

HR Operations

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding across multiple regions
  • Support HRIS accuracy, reporting, and maintenance of org charts
  • Track policy acknowledgements, employment documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Chief People Officer

Employee Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions
  • Respond with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Escalate sensitive or complex matters with sound judgment
  • Support managers with core HR processes and guidance

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready HR records
  • Continuously improve HR processes as the company grows and evolves
  • Support HR reporting, metrics, and data accuracy

Administration & Culture Support

  • Coordinate team events, milestones, and People initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the global public holidays calendar
  • Support culture-building efforts through thoughtful execution and attention to detail
  • What You Bring To Ledn:

    • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar People role
    • A strong people-first mindset — approachable, thoughtful, and professional
    • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity
    • Exceptional organization skills and sharp attention to detail
    • A growth mindset — curious, eager to learn, and motivated to take on more responsibility
    • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work
    • Comfort working across cultures, regions, and time zones
    • Strong technology skills and enthusiasm for learning new tools, including AI-powered systems
    • Resourceful and adaptable — you enjoy solving problems and seeing projects through
    • Passion for collaboration, impact, and helping teams scale well
    • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
    • Experience supporting regional or global teams
    • Willingness to undergo a background check if selected

    Nice To Have:

    • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, fintech, crypto)

    Culture Fit:

This is a startup environment — things move quickly, priorities evolve, and no two days look the same. You’ll do best here if you:

    • Take initiative and spot what needs to be done before being asked
    • Balance speed with precision and care
    • Stay flexible while maintaining strong structure and follow-through
    • Are energized by growth, change, and continuous improvements
    • Understand and treats confidentiality as non-negotiable
