As a Sales Development Representative at Molten Cloud, you will be a member of the business development team and be a key contributor to the growth of Molten Cloud.- Make daily outbound calls/emails to identify new prospects and generate high-quality opportunities- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities- Understand the challenges and business needs of potential customers and suggest appropriate Molten Cloud features- Present, promote and sell Molten Cloud to potential prospects- Proactively seek new business opportunities- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and the Sales team- Attend demos and manage sales follow up as part of your training to be an Account Executive- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomesAs an ideal fit for this role, you have proven experience as an SDR with a successful track record in exceeding quotas. You have hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.- Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to deliver engaging presentations, are a great listener and can build strong relationships- Analytical: You are quantitative in tracking and improving performance, understand sales performance metrics and competent at managing CRM and outreach management tools- Entrepreneurial: You take ownership of your work, learn about the industry, client and product quickly, and are excited by the opportunity to advance your skills- Organized: Your outreach data is maintained accurately, you have the demonstrated ability prioritize your own workload and deliver results- Motivated: your energy and optimism is contagious, you're not slowed down by rejection
