As a Support Engineer at Molten Cloud, you will join our team in the following areas:- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing daily support, answering platform questions, and troubleshooting technical issues- Write and execute Python scripts to support backend operations such as database migrations, task automation, and internal tooling- Manipulate and manage large datasets, including writing queries, organizing data, and preparing systems for customer onboarding and ongoing maintenance- Support database creation, migrations, and long-term data integrity across customer environments- Perform system administration tasks, operating primarily in Linux environments while remaining comfortable in Windows systems- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve overall platform reliability- Bring a user-first mindset to support interactions, ensuring issues are clearly understood, documented, and resolvedQualifications:- Strong experience in customer-facing technical support roles- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and backend operational tasks- Hands-on experience working with large databases, including querying, organizing, and maintaining data- Strong system administration skills, particularly in Linux environments (Windows experience a plus)- Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail- Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, ownership, and skill development- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and stay effective under pressure
