As a Senior Software Engineer at Molten Cloud, you will join our product team in the following areas: Take individual contributor ownership of application features, building, deploying, and iterating on them in Agile sprints; Contribute to the design, architecture, and technical research of Molten Cloud’s core platform, including areas such as data transmission, security, and full-stack development; Test and optimize systems for accuracy, performance, and scalability to support global user groups; Collaborate with the business development team to help articulate the value proposition of product features to Molten Cloud customers; Partner with technology providers to design and integrate broader platform solutions; Work directly with the Chief Product Owner and Lead Engineers to align engineering execution with product vision and roadmap. Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience building web-based products; Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript; Solid experience working in Agile development environments with continuous delivery practices; Experience with MongoDB, Vue.js, Pinia, and TypeScript is a strong plus; Familiarity with AI / LLMs and DevOps tooling is a strength; Media or entertainment industry experience is highly desirable.
