As an Account Executive at Molten Cloud, you will be a key member of the business development team, responsible for driving new revenue, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with media and entertainment partners. Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-performance sales strategies to grow pipeline, increase funnel activity, and close new business; Identify and pursue new business opportunities within media and entertainment organizations, including emerging technology and industry trends; Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment; Use data-driven insights to analyze sales performance, identify high-value segments, and prioritize opportunities with long-term impact; Take a customer-led approach to sales, serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers; Act as an internal advocate for customers, communicating market needs and recommending new products or features to support customer success and profitability; Build and maintain strong relationships with senior media executives and key industry stakeholders; Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex partnership and commercial agreements with global partners. Qualifications: Prior Account Executive experience selling into the media and entertainment industry (required); Proven success in B2B technology sales, preferably within early- to growth-stage startups; Strong understanding of media industry trends with an established network of senior-level contacts; Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual sales goals in high-growth environments; Experience negotiating complex deals and partnership agreements.
