As a UX/UI Designer at Molten Cloud, you will play a key role in simplifying complex media workflows through intuitive, elegant, and user-centered design. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape the design direction of Molten Cloud’s platform and bring the product vision to life. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design, research, and evolution of Molten Cloud’s core platform and applications; Partner directly with customers to understand real-world media workflows and translate them into intuitive user experiences; Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction; Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into clear, engaging workflows; Work directly with the Head of Product to support and execute Molten Cloud’s product vision; Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively; Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency; Collaborate with engineering and business teams to bring designs into production; Stay current with UI/UX best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools to drive innovation. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving; Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent; Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture; Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend design decisions; Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
