This position is responsible for managing NONCO’s account openings with external counterparties, including banks and financial institutions, to establish and maintain trading relationships. You will prepare and submit all required due diligence materials to support account openings, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient process.

Acting as a key point of coordination, you will liaise with counterparties and internal teams to keep onboarding progressing, while delivering a high level of service and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding workflows for opening accounts with banks, exchanges, and crypto counterparties
• Compile and maintain corporate documentation packages for external due diligence
• Coordinate directly with counterparties to address questions and provide additional information
• Monitor account opening pipelines and proactively resolve delays or requests
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness across all submissions
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to scale account opening efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, onboarding, compliance, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple account opening processes and meet deadlines
• Comfortable interacting with external stakeholders in a professional setting
• Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems, with an interest in using technology and AI to improve processes
• Customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness and delivering high-quality interactions with counterparty or external partners

• Familiarity with KYC, AML, or regulated environments
• Experience working with financial institutions, fintech, or crypto companies
• Interest in process optimization or automation
