About the Role

There is an opening for Director, Client Engagement:

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Act as primary contact liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Account Management
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that align with their objectives. Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities (new branches and increase traffic volume) for growth.
  • Oversee the management of assigned client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Communication
  • Effectively communicate with clients about the product updates, new features, and industry trends. Prepare and presents on client status.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Project Management
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and project
  • Collaborate with internal product, architect and engineering teams to provide industry and client requirements
  • Support Partior’s thought leadership, the development of white papers, content, value proposition
  • Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer

Qualifications

Above 15 years of successful client management and cross selling experience and at least 8 years in engaging with wholesale banks or licensed financial institutions. Demonstrable success in developing client relationship in the wholesale banking sector at the "C suite' level and across the organisation. Successfully met financial targets and KPI's in current and previous roles. Exposure in either transaction banking, payments and/or blockchain, will be preferred. An effective communicator at senior executive levels across front, middle and back offices, as well as technology. Experience in contributing to thought strategy and thought leadership.

Required Skills

  • Experienced with the Financial Industries complex organisational structures who can navigate Partior's potential client organisations and become a trusted advisor.
  • Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive.
  • Understands both the tactical and strategic nature of client relationships.
  • An effective communicator with a strong commitment to honesty and ethical behaviour.
