We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager. This job is for you if YOU:

- bring 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a FinTech start-up is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other key office tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and travel across multiple time zones.
- Oversee logistics for meetings and conferences, including venue booking, attendee coordination, material preparation, and catering.
- Maintain filing systems, process invoices, and handle expense claims.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing common areas, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office moves, changes, and maintenance; act as the point of contact for space-related needs.
- Provide support for various teams and executives as needed, assisting with additional tasks and requests.
