About The Role
As a Client Solutions Architect at Partior, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients' business needs. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to present our platform, articulate its value, and guide potential clients through the technical aspects of our solutions. This is a highly visible and impactful role where you will play a crucial part in our growth, demonstrating how our platform can solve complex challenges for financial institutions around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical expert during the pre-sales and onboarding processes, providing in-depth knowledge of the Partior platform and its capabilities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of financial institutions and other strategic partners.
- Actively listen to and understand client requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution proposals.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide valuable feedback from the market, influencing our product roadmap and strategy.
- Develop and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the technical feasibility and business value of our solutions.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and other technical inquiries from potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial technology landscape, including blockchain, digital assets, and payment systems.
- Support the sales team by addressing technical questions and concerns from a variety of stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives.
- Lead and manage client integration, working with internal teams to guide clients through technology and process changes.
- Act as the primary contact for the clients during integration/onboarding, provide regular updates on progress to internal and external stakeholders, and address integration risk or issues.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and digital assets.
- Experience in payment systems transformation is a big plus.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise software integration.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a knack for building relationships and understanding business needs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
