Your Mission: Support, Troubleshoot, Empower

As a Graduate Help Desk Support Engineer, you won’t be on the sidelines. You'll be in the heart of the action, learning to provide essential technical assistance and support, ensuring our systems run seamlessly.

You will be trained to:

  • Provide First-Line Technical Support: Learn to diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues for internal users. You'll be the friendly voice guiding users through technical challenges.
  • Master IT Systems & Applications: Get hands-on experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), common office applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and internal business software.
  • Manage Ticketing Systems & Documentation: Learn to effectively use IT service management (ITSM) tools to log, track, and prioritize support requests. You'll also contribute to creating clear and helpful technical documentation and FAQs.
  • Basic Network & Security Troubleshooting: Gain foundational knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (e.g., Wi-Fi, VPN) and assisting with basic security protocols (e.g., password resets, multi-factor authentication).
