Role Overview
Partior is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to strengthen cost management, financial planning, and management reporting across the business.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role, focused primarily on cost-side FP&A, variance analysis, and board/investor reporting, with exposure to senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Commercial teams.
The role sits within the Finance & Corporate Development team and works closely with functional leaders to drive financial discipline, transparency, and decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost-side FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of:
- Technology headcount and resourcing costs
- Cloud infrastructure, software licences, and key vendor spend
- Other operating and shared service costs
- Produce regular performance vs budget reporting, with clear explanations of variances and cost trends.
- Partner with Technology, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure cost assumptions are accurate, understood, and actively managed.
- Prepare and support management, board, and investor reporting, including selected board-level materials.
- Support the annual planning and forecasting process, particularly on cost assumptions and financial modelling.
- Provide analytical support for fundraising, investor, and partnership discussions as required.
Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management reporting roles. Preferably 2 of years' experience in a Big4 accounting firm.
- Strong foundation in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Comfortable working with Technology teams on headcount and infrastructure-related costs.
- Strong Excel / financial modelling skills; structured and detail-oriented.
- Able to translate financial data into clear, practical insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech, technology, or regulated environments is a plus.
