About the Role
As an End User Services Engineer, you will be a key enabler of Partior’s day-to-day operational excellence. You will be the primary technical touchpoint for our employees, ensuring that every team member—across engineering, product, operations and business functions—has a secure, reliable and frictionless technology experience.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-paced fintech environment where uptime, collaboration and operational readiness directly support our mission of enabling real-time, multi-currency settlement.
You will manage end-user technology, office IT infrastructure, access lifecycle processes and endpoint security, ensuring that Partior’s workforce can operate efficiently and safely on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the first line of technical support for all employees, resolving a wide range of hardware, software, connectivity and application issues.
- Diagnose problems methodically, minimise downtime and ensure a high-quality employee experience.
Office IT & Workplace Infrastructure
- Maintain the reliability of core office systems, including Wi-Fi networks, conferencing equipment, printers and collaboration technologies.
- Oversee the operational health of the server/communications room, ensuring proper environmental and equipment standards.
User Lifecycle & Access Management
- Manage end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, workspace configuration, identity provisioning and timely access removal.
- Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards, especially in a fintech-grade environment.
System Monitoring, Security & Maintenance
- Proactively monitor workplace systems and endpoints to prevent disruptions and maintain optimal performance.
- Partner with Cybersecurity to maintain secure configurations, patching, endpoint protection and compliance across all devices.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain internal documentation, IT playbooks, FAQs and user guides to promote self-service and knowledge-sharing.
- Standardise IT processes to drive consistency and operational maturity.
Asset, Licensing & Vendor Management
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, inventory and accessories, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee software licensing allocation, compliance monitoring and optimisation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and support procurement activities for hardware, software and workplace technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience in corporate IT support or end-user engineering roles.
- Strong troubleshooting capability across hardware, operating systems and productivity applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of workplace networks (Wi-Fi, basic connectivity) and endpoint management (Microsoft/Google MDM).
- Experience with laptop setup, identity administration and management of Google Workspace and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence), Freshservice or similar ITSM tools.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Positive, service-oriented mindset with strong ownership of user experience and issue resolution.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation of routine tasks.
- Exposure to security tools, identity governance or compliance-oriented IT environments.
- Experience supporting users in high-growth fintech, financial services or technology organisations.
