Role Overview
We are looking for a FP&A Manager to strengthen the company’s core financial planning and performance management capabilities. This is a finance-first, hands-on individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility.
The role sits within the Finance and Corporate Development team, and supports senior management and the Board with clear, disciplined financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities
- Own end-to-end cost FP&A, with a strong focus on technology, infrastructure, and headcount
- Lead budget vs actual variance analysis, identifying key drivers and emerging trends
- Support the annual operating plan (AOP), re-forecasting, and medium-term planning
- Prepare clear management and Board-level financial materials, with strong narrative discipline
Secondary responsibilities
- Maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Support fundraising and capital-related initiatives by preparing analyses, data packs, and diligence support, in coordination with senior management
- Support strategic or corporate development discussions initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance (fintech / technology preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with cost management and variance analysis
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable under pressure
