What is this position about?

We are looking for a curious, imaginative and analytical UX/UI Designer.
You will be the main person responsible for UX/UI design in the Product team, which means you'll get the chance to work on diverse projects and help build our awesome products from the beginning. This is also a great learning opportunity: you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of developing a product end-to-end, from research and ideation to prototyping and validation.
By designing our new financial health solutions, you help Quansa improve the life of thousands of Latin American workers!

Ariel 🦄 (founder of 99) is our main advisor in Product and you will get the chance to learn directly from him, on a regular basis.

Your main activities in Quansa will be:

Create engaging, intuitive and beautiful design solutions that address business and user needs
Put users at the center of design, making it intuitive, easy-to-use and impactful
Guide product decisions through research insights
Participate in user surveys and usability tests
Develop and evolve our Design System along with the Visual Designer
Build visual prototypes of low, medium and high fidelity
Be close to the development team and communicate your Design work
Be a technical reference - knowing and adapting to our reality the best practices in User Experience and Product Design

Requirements

Show us your work! The cool stuff you can do is what matters most to us.
You have +2 years of experience in UX/UI
You care about the impact that money decisions have on people's lives
You have previously worked at a fintech AND/OR you are passionate about personal finance products and innovation
You have a strategic product thinking and can apply user-centered design concepts, methods, tools and techniques to enable quality design outcomes
You have a good knowledge of core design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
You are fluent in English - this is our work language!
You have either Portuguese or Spanish as a native language (if you speak both, extra points!)
Professional, high-integrity, organized, driven and results-oriented

Interview process

We will schedule a 30 min intro call to meet and see if we have fit (we like you and you like us).
You will have to complete a home assignment and make a presentation to 2-3 Quansa team members
2 Cultural-fit interviews
