RAIN Technology ME LTD is pioneering voice AI solutions in healthcare. Our flagship product, Orva, is the first voice AI assistant designed specifically for the operating room (OR), enabling hands-free surgical documentation and coordination. Co-developed with global hospitals, Orva optimizes perioperative efficiency and enhances patient care by capturing and relaying critical perioperative milestones.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Operating Room Clinical Solutions Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role reports into the VP of Customer Success. This opportunity is ideal for a former clinician—preferably a former circulating nurse, OR manager, or perioperative services specialist—who is passionate about leveraging technology to improve surgical workflows and OR efficiency. This role blends customer support and onboarding, technical and clinical sales, and product strategy and research as a subject matter expert (SME).

What You’ll Do:

Customer Support & Onboarding

  • Lead customer onboarding, training, and adoption to ensure hospitals and surgical teams maximize Orva’s value.
  • Act as the primary clinical point of contact for hospital stakeholders during implementation and ongoing use.
  • Provide workflow and product support to users during trials and post-deployment.
  • Develop training materials and documentation tailored to clinical and operational teams.

Technical & Clinical Sales

  • Work closely with the sales team to demonstrate Orva’s value proposition to prospective hospital clients.
  • Present to clinical and operational decision-makers (surgeons, OR managers, perioperative directors) on Orva’s current and future value proposition.
  • Conduct workflow assessments to map hospital needs to Orva’s capabilities and drive adoption.
  • Represent Orva at select industry events and clinical professional gatherings in the UAE and GCC markets.

Product Input & Subject Matter Expertise

  • Provide clinical and operational insights to the product team, ensuring Orva meets the evolving needs of perioperative teams.
  • Identify gaps and suggest feature improvements based on real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure Orva’s workflows align with perioperative best practices.
  • Stay updated on clinical trends and regulatory considerations in perioperative care and digital health.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a clinical OR setting as a circulating nurse, OR manager, or perioperative services specialist.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of perioperative workflows, surgical team dynamics, and hospital operations.
  • Experience with clinical technology adoption, OR efficiency initiatives, or digital health tools like EMRs is a plus.
  • Passion for AI and technology to deeply understand how Orva works, in addition to what it does.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE to support customers, trials, and events.
  • Experience in technical sales, customer support, or clinical training is a bonus but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary & performance-based incentives
  • Health insurance & benefits package
  • Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid when not at customer sites)
  • Opportunity to shape a first-of-its-kind healthcare AI product
  • Professional development & learning opportunities
  • Collaborative, high-impact team culture
