Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Web)

• Develop robust and scalable web applications using Angular (expert-level).

• Build reusable components, modules, and UI workflows following best practices.

• Implement responsive and accessible interfaces using expert-level HTML and CSS.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

Mobile App Development

• Contribute to mobile features and components using React Native (mid-level).

• Support hybrid architecture and maintain consistency between web and mobile experiences.

UI/UX Collaboration

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality interfaces.

• Provide technical feedback to improve design feasibility, usability, and performance.

Code Quality & Architecture

• Maintain clean, scalable code using industry standards and modern frontend architecture.

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and security.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.

• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and cross-functional design discussions.

• Help define and evolve engineering standards, tooling, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in Angular (latest versions).

• Expert-level HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive UI development.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.

• Mid-level experience in React Native (1–3 years).

• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling state management (NgRx, Redux, etc.).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps workflows.

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, etc.).

• Experience building enterprise-scale frontend applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT, including knowledge of clinical workflows or healthcare applications.

• Familiarity with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7 v2, CCD/C-CDA) is a plus.

• Experience with mobile deployment pipelines (iOS/Android).
