The position’s primary focus is flawless implementation of digital video campaigns and using data & insights to optimize towards high performance for our clients in partnership with our Integrated Planning and Media Investment teams.

What does a Specialist, Digital Video do at Rain?

  • Plan, activate, optimize and report on digital video campaigns on behalf of our client partners
  • Develop performance and brand-building media recommendations while partnering with the Integrated Planning and Investment teams
  • Utilize process and planning tools historical performance data, and best practices specific to the client and industry to identify the best investment allocations within media campaigns
  • Take an innovative approach to media plan development, efficiently capturing strategic target audiences, platform execution strategies and the integration of artificial intelligence
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing using dashboard reporting, looking for optimization opportunities using a methodical framework to achieve goals and maximize results
  • Ensure campaigns are always QA compliant with our established media activation process
  • Develop case studies highlighting agency innovation and successes
  • Schedule and participate in regular meetings and educational sessions for

What do we look for in a Specialist, Digital Video at our agency?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1-2 years of planning and hands-on digital programmatic media execution experience
  • Bonus: Certifications across Double Verify, Google Campaign Manager, and any of the major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, etc..)
  • Detailed budget management
  • Creative troubleshooter
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong familiarity with trafficking and Ad Ops functions
  • Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office strengths in Excel and PowerPoint are a must
  • Flexible time zone options (position is fully remote)
  • Minimal travel requirements (1-3 times per year)
