We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts. This individual should have a strong background in enterprise sales within the software/SaaS industry, with proven success in strategic sales and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass pipeline and revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, product management, and customer success, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
💡 Qualifications:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within the software/SaaS industry. Strong preference for candidates with extensive experience selling to Sales teams and a deep understanding of video technology, conversational intelligence, and AI productivity tools.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and experience managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.

🖇️ Compensation and Benefits:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,000-$200,000. This range represents the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes both the base salary and target commissions/bonuses.
Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits may include equity, medical benefits, and more.
