About the role:

• As HSE Manager, you will lead the development, structuring, and execution of Terradot’s global Health, Safety, and Environment strategy.
• This is a foundational leadership opportunity at a critical stage of our growth. While Terradot has implemented essential HSE practices and engaged third-party support, we are now ready to establish a fully structured, internally led HSE management system — and you will drive that transformation. The HSE Manager will be responsible for assessing the current state, closing compliance gaps, design scalable and robust processes, and ensuring alignment with legal requirements and carbon certification standards. Beyond compliance, you will champion a proactive safety culture that strengthens operational excellence across all regions.
• This role reports to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Projects, Legal, People & Culture, and external partners to embed HSE as a strategic enabler of Terradot’s mission and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose the current state of HSE processes, controls, and field practices, identifying compliance gaps and operational risks.
• Design and implement structured HSE policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with local and international legislation and carbon certification requirements.
• Establish systems to capture and maintain auditable evidence of compliance, including ESG and sustainability-related HSE reporting for certifications, disclosures, and external audits.
• Champion and embed a proactive safety culture across the organization, promoting accountability and shared ownership.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop training programs and ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards.
• Define and monitor HSE KPIs and provide structured reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of HSE leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in operational or industrial environments.
• Experience building or structuring HSE management systems.
• Experience supporting ESG or sustainability reporting.
• Fluent in English.
