Job Description

  • Onboarding new clients into our system and provide them with all the written resources they need to get started
  • Adding new inquiries to the CRM and matching them with the right Sales Rep
  • Ensuring data accuracy in our CRM by logging every interaction and keeping all client information accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with our KYC team to guide merchants through legal and compliance requirements, making the process as smooth as possible
  • Ensuring that all documentation is thorough, timely, and meets both internal and industry standards
  • Covering the central sales phone line and directing calls to the appropriate team members if necessary
  • Monitoring the sales pipeline for stalled deals, lost opportunities, or lack of activity, and sending timely reminders or follow-ups to the sales team
  • Handling self-onboard deals from submission to completion, ensuring smooth and accurate processing
  • Opportunity to pitch our micro-offerings to small businesses and close deals

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or another administrative role is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot - or the ability to quickly pick up on new systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and love keeping things organized and efficient
  • Able to multitask, stays productive in a busy environment
  • Clear communication friendly tone, customer first attitude
  • Data-oriented thinking
  • Able to work independently, but also a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Finds solving challenges motivating
