- Independently executing routine tasks with precision and consistency, while navigating the challenge of meeting aggressive daily productivity targets.
- Research and curate data-driven seat map references for both venue and event-level seat maps.
- Translating reference materials into complete and accurate section data
- Designing SVG seat maps and accurately link them to section data
- Maintaining accurate seller inventory section mappings
- Troubleshooting issues with seat maps and provide guidance to external teams
- Supporting continuous process refinement by participating in testing and brainstorming
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused e-commerce marketplace
- Proficiency in Adobe Phtoshop, or Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with an always innovating and evolving landscape
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Excellent time-management skills to meet aggressive productivity targets
- Comfort working with and managing large data sets
- Inquisitive by nature with a strong bias for actively resolving issues using strong analytical skills
