Viagogo is an online event ticket marketplace for secondary buyers and sellers. If you have extra football or concert tickets that you want to unload, then Viagogo is the place to go. Users can list tickets, browse event listings by category, or purchase tickets. Viagogo adds a ten percent service charge to buyers' prices and takes a fifteen percent commission on sellers' prices. The site's interface is simple and easy to navigate on first visit, especially if you have used competitor StubHub before. Viagogo founder Eric Baker was also StubHub's founder. Viagogo is an official secondary reseller of Cleveland Browns football tickets. The site provides ticket sellers a great venue for selling to more mainstream ticket buyers with its professional look and providing a buffer between buyers and sellers. Most people don't trust barebones marketplaces with direct communication between buyers and sellers like Craigslist to participate in the secondary ticket marketplace. Viagogo was founded in 2005 and launched in mid-2006.
