THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Growth Marketing Manager to our Partner Marketing team in Sao Paulo!

As the Partner Growth Marketing Manager at Wellhub, your primary mission will be to spearhead lead generation initiatives that attract and engage top-tier gyms and studios, ultimately enhancing Wellhub's market presence and expanding our partner network.Your role will involve developing and refining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, exploring and testing new top-of-funnel (ToFu) channels, and evolving our paid media strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop GTM Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy aimed at generating high-quality leads for potential partners. This includes identifying ways to reach our target audience, understanding partner needs, and finding creative ways to promote our value proposition.
  • Explore and Test ToFu Channels: Innovate and experiment with a variety of new top-of-funnel (ToFu) channels and tools to maximize lead generation.
  • Drive and Refine Paid Media Strategy: Oversee and optimize our paid media strategy. Develop, execute, and continuously refine this to ensure efficient use of budget and maximum return on investment.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the partnerships, marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive collective success.
  • Manage Marketing Budget: Oversee the growth marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize lead generation and partner acquisition.

Who You Are

  • Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving business growth.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Channel Expertise: Demonstrated experience with a variety of marketing channels, including content marketing, SEO, social media, paid media, and more. Ability to explore and test new channels for lead generation.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
