We are hiring a Fitness Partnerships, Senior Manager to our Partner Sales team in the US!
The Fitness Partnerships, Senior Manager will partner and build relationships with fitness partner organizations by establishing and cultivating partnerships with decision-makers in the industry, including gyms, gym chains, and studios.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $110,912 - $138,640. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

We are hiring a Fitness Partnerships, Senior Manager to our Partner Sales team in the US!
The Fitness Partnerships, Senior Manager will partner and build relationships with fitness partner organizations by establishing and cultivating partnerships with decision-makers in the industry, including gyms, gym chains, and studios.
YOUR IMPACT
- Map YMCA-specific partner organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers
- Develop these partnerships via outbound calls/emails, networking, meetings, and closing sales
- Research, prospect and sell new Y club partners in target areas to help Wellhub expand its geographic footprint.
- Initiate sales activity via phone, text, and email, including but not limited to: introductions, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and reminders.
- Demonstrate Wellhub software, products, and partner solutions to potential gym partners and assist them in understanding why Wellhub is the best solution for their association.
- Establish business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
- Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators defined for the role.
- Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to managers to better inform the team’s goals and targets.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals by maintaining daily KPIs and metrics.
- Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share best practices across the team.
- Identifies advantages and key differentiators as compared to competitors within our various markets.
- Manage/support existing partners
- Perform data analyses to show the value of Wellhub partnerships to key partners through data
- Participates in trade shows and conventions as required.
- Collaborate internally at Wellhub with our Client Success, Marketing, Operational, Finance, and Legal teams to increase the value of our network of partners for corporate clients/users
- Bring new ideas and creative ways to sign new deals that can positively impact Wellhub business
- Most importantly, it impacts Wellhub USA business which is growing fast!
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required
- 6+ years of sales experience, partner or account management experience preferably in a fitness/sales environment.
- Experience selling into gyms in the fitness, health, and or wellness industry a plus.
- You have demonstrated the ability to use strategic selling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel regionally up to 30% of the time
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Outstanding phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone, email contacts, and visits per day.
- Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills, creative problem solver, and self-sufficient worker.
- Comfortable contacting and facilitating business relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, numbers-driven environment.
- Must be able to adapt to evolving departments/roles, and able to take on new challenges as they become delegated to the position.
