THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Clinical Operations Analyst to our New Ventures team in São Paulo!

This role is to join the New Ventures team in São Paulo, responsible for ensuring the success of the partner payment process and maintaining up-to-date partner registration information. As a Clinical Operations Analyst, you will define pricing strategies, analyze workflows to identify improvements, and establish tools to measure and deliver data-driven insights. The position will work closely with team leaders to enhance operational productivity and quality. YOUR IMPACT

  • Ensure the success of the partner payment process.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner registration information.
  • Define pricing strategies for partners.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose changes to enhance operational productivity and quality.
  • Establish processes and tools to collect and measure relevant data, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven analyses of critical functions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with tools like Pipefy is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google tools, particularly Google Sheets.
  • A curious individual with a thirst for learning, comfortable working in unstructured, new, and constantly changing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ease in organizing processes and routines.
  • Deep connection with our mission to democratize access to mental health and positively impact people's lives.
  • Interest in process execution and improvement.
