THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CX Social Media Assistant to our Business Transformation team in São Paulo!

Our new team member will help us provide a best-in-class social media experience to all Wellhub users. The new agent will guarantee an extremely satisfying customer service on our different channels (such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc) and support the Social Media CX team in initiatives to create customer-centric strategies. Our main goal on Wellhub is to make every company a wellness company.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage and reply to all the incoming social media, review channels and community channels’ comments, identifying customers’ needs and brand opportunities.
  • Be aware of what people are saying about our brand and proactively find mentions and conversations outside our channels (social listening).
  • Detect and escalate brand opportunities and possible crisis on social media, reviews channels and communities.
  • Collect and report users’ feedback on product and services to improve our company and product.
  • Assist in building a cohesive social media strategy to ensure customer loyalty and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep Wellhub ahead of its competitors.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

Who You Are

  • Must resides in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office at least 1 time per month.
  • Heavy user and knowledge of social media.
  • Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • Passionate about new trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Amazing writing skills and perfect grammar.
  • Clever, witty and well-informed of what's going on in the world.
  • Great team worker and eager to learn.
  • Dedicated and committed to deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and dynamic.
  • Previous experience in social media customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the English language is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Zendesk is a plus.
