We are looking for a talented Client Sales Account Executive - Public Sector to join our team at Wellhub in São Paulo!
In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, negotiating, and closing business deals with mid- to large-sized Public Sector prospects, including state and federal government entities, judiciary, and legislative levels. Your deep understanding of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Bids and Contracts will be key to driving new business and building lasting relationships. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and client success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to refining our sales processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in Wellhub’s expansion within the public sector. We’re looking for a proactive, innovative individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table and help drive Wellhub to new heights.

YOUR IMPACT
- Strategize, negotiate, and close high-value business deals and sales strategies for mid to large Public Sector prospects.
- Quickly identify client needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Wellhub marketing and branding team to continuously refine sales assets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce to maximize efficiency and visibility.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new customers.
- Consistently seek innovative approaches to enhance sales processes and product offerings.

- Extensive experience in a client-facing role, specifically managing client relationships and sales within the Public Sector (State and Federal Government, Judiciary, and Legislative levels).
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Bids and Contracts (14.133/21) is essential.
- Experience selling HR solutions, wellbeing/healthcare services, or corporate benefits is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is not required but highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and drive results in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, with the capability to monitor and analyze data to drive decisions.
- Expertise in optimizing processes and adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic global business environment.
