THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Data Project & Insights Manager to join our CXI - Customer Experience Insights team in Brazil!


If you are a Business Intelligence Manager with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, a Product Manager with experience in data, or an Analytics Manager who has successfully delivered multiple projects, this position may be a great fit for you.

The team you will join is responsible for delivering reports and analyses for the entire Customer Experience area, covering everything from quality and training to operations across our various products and verticals. We have a Senior Manager who oversees the technical development of the team and leadership of the analysts in the area.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of data-driven analyses, reports and projects that support our Customer Experience team. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholder requests, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs from our data analysts, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Coordinate and Prioritize Demands: Act as the point of contact for data requests from CX stakeholders, managing backlogs, sprints, and deadlines.
  • Oversee Data Reporting and Analysis: Work closely with analysts to develop and refine dashboards, reports, and insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Consistency: Implement best practices for data integrity, validation, and standardization, ensuring reliable insights across projects.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly with stakeholders to scope requirements, set timelines, and deliver updates, mitigating risks or delays when necessary.
  • Moderate SQL Usage: Review queries, guide data extraction, and collaborate with analysts on data modeling to provide accurate and relevant insights

WHO YOU ARE

  • Language Skills: Professional-level English (mandatory).
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Proven experience in data/analytics coordination, project management, and operations.
  • Technical Skills: Moderate proficiency in SQL; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for diverse audiences.
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and present clear, actionable recommendations
